Easy. They interviewers have no idea what they're talking about and asked some extremely basic engineering questions. They were more concerned if the employee would have an ethical issue with the way they conducted there business. This was because they are taking advantage of subprime loans and are predatory. They misrepresent what their business does. They funnel sub-prime loans via a website into a secondary loan business and prey on consumers with very low income and credit. They aren't upfront about this in the interview, but subsequently employees find out.
