A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn asking if I would be interested in learning more about the role. Once I agreed, he called me. We conducted a webcam interview, then he scheduled a webcam interview with me and the hiring manager. After that, I came in for an in-person interview where I met with not only the managers of my department, but a couple of the other instructional designers as well. It was all incredibly conversational, and I was expected to ask just as many questions of them to vet their team and the company as they were to vet me for the role.

The interview process was seamless. Communication from the team was timely, efficient and helpful. Process length was appropriate and next steps were clear and timely. Project requirements were just right for the position.

Entrevista
The interview process was fast, efficient and appropriately challenging for the level of the position. I first spoke to an excellent recruiter who told me everything I needed to know about the company and confirmed my qualifications. About a week later, I had an informal 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager after she had reviewed some work samples. Finally, another week later, I completed a 2-hour panel interview with the hiring manager and other managers. During this, I gave a presentation that I had a week to prepare, and I was given 30 minutes to chat with my potential team mates.
Each person I spoke to along the way was friendly and professional, and the interview questions were straight-forward and relevant to the position.

Entrevista
First interview was a video call with an HR recruiter, which focused on generic interview questions: describe experience, a time when you learned from a mistake, dealing with difficult coworkers/clients, strengths, etc. Second interview was another video call with department leads and got into specifics about experience and examples of work.
