Phone Screen where you are constantly drilled the same questions over and over again. Either the interviewer wasn't listening the 1st time or just didn't care. Also seemed to ask the same question over and over again to see if you were "lying." It was so weird and awkward. If you asked a question back, the interviewer got very defensive. For example, "How many people are making their quota?" Interviewer couldn't answer the question and seemed annoyed that it was even asked. UNREAL. Also the base salary is stated to be non negotiable so they pay the same base to someone in Iowa as California where the cost of living is 3-4x times higher? Doesn't make sense.

Were you terminated? Why did it take you so long to leave that company? How do you prospect? What awards have you won? How was your performance measured? Then asked the same questions 5 more times. Drilled, Grilled and talked to like you were lying the whole time.

Short, easy. It was apparent that the person who interviewed me already had someone else in mind. Kind of cold feeling and it felt like they had to give the interview.

Not having interviewed for a while made me nervous but the interviewer Tammy Mass made it so easy . She was professional and incredibly transparent and knowledgeable about the role and the company culture and values which made it easy stress-free interview . I was talked to as human not a resumes. All my questions where answered and all expectations and process where explained in a friendly professional manner .pay and benefits are great but I came to realize that CAC is one of the best because of the people that works There such as Tammy .
