A recruiter was doing initial scanning by asking technical questions about clusters I worked with and my experience with the required technologies. The questions were quite general and sometimes vague; when I tried to ask follow-up questions, the recruiter wasn't able to help me much, which made it a bit difficult to correctly address them.

4 rounds of interview, recruiter screening, hiring manager, presentation round and Director level. Interview was great, got the offer but eventually found out the company don’t sponsor for International folks. It looked like the HR had no clue about international hiring and didn’t want to hire only because they had no expertise in it. Company needs to revisit their HR staff and policies

they contacted me right after my application. there were 2 interviewers but they've just gone without response after an interview. that cultuere will fail in the market eventually.

Ihad an interview at 3am.4am in my time zone for HR director, but they do not appreciate that.
The HR director, recruiter never replied to me even if they promised ro get back to me before Xmas and I have asked 2 3 times for weeks.
So rude and arrogant. This culture will fail in my region.
