I had a brief introductory phone call with my current manager to see if there was a fit for the position. Then, I was brought in for an in-person interview with 5 of the managers. Overall, the process was quick and they did not ask anything crazy. It felt like a real conversation- rather than grilling me they wanted to know how I am as a person on top of questions about the job.
