Interviewed by Director and Project Manager in group setting. Technical questions presented ahead of time and, I presume, graded later. The interview panel was very cut-and-dry asking pointed questions about my skills and abilities. I was also asked about my willingness to go "over and above" to meet their critical deadlines. Of course I agreed - but I had no idea what I was getting myself into. Interview was formal suits required (as the office is formal).
