It was long. Got through two interviews and wasn’t given a chance to do the site visit which I think should be offered to everyone for a fair shot. I feel like the initial phone interview is okay, but people should be allowed a chance to show their personality in person versus over the phone or by completing the assessment they make you do. Not everyone interviews well and most people shine in person, at least I do.

A little long but I get why. This company will invest in your training and mentorship so the thoroughness is needed. Not bothered by how extensive it is. The recruiter was also really nice and informative.
