Phone interviews with HR, then hiring manager. Took a personality test. Then some awkward follow-ups from their internal recruiter... red flags there... but booked a 3-hour CIDS panel interview. I had an offer in-hand from another company before the panel interview, and was clear about that with HR and hiring manager. They indicated they liked me enough as a candidate to bring me in, and assured me afterwards they'd make a competitive offer. 5 months after receiving smiles, handshakes and assurances... not a single follow-up from them. Rather unprofessional to take 3 hours for an interview and then... nothing?!
