I submitted an application through their website and was contacted by an HR representative for a phone screen interview. She asked some basic and some pointed questions and was very pleasant. From there I met onsite for an interview with my future manager and 2 HR representatives. I loved the vibe in the room, they asked smart questions in a very professional and easy manner. I had a third interview with a firm owner and another executive manager so I could meet them and get a feel for what they were looking for out of this position. Overall it was a very good experience and I'm excited about my new position.
