I was recruited by internal recruiter and did a quick phone interview. I met and completed a panel interview which lasted about 2 hours. The interview was both general and scenerio based.

Entrevista
Star method questions on typical sales engineering role. Had the 1st round of interview via webex with the hiring manager. I had great conversations with the hiring manager and may go into 2nd round of interview onsite.
Interview was scenario based, after a month haven't heard anything. Sent email requesting update and nothing back from recruiter. It would be nice knowing either way as I have such a favorable opinion of cox from speaking to others.
