STAR Method, answer in a story format. Explain how your work history relates to the job you are applying for. Between 4-5 STAR Method questions then basic interview questions after. Answers are up to 10 minutes each.

Tell me a time when you needed to coordinate with other departments in order to meet a customers needs?
First was a phone interview, then a really bad zoom interview. The guys were really cold and the questions were very strange. I didn't end up getting the job even tho I received an email saying I had a "good" interview
