Pretty quick. I want to say from the time I applied to the time I was hired, only about 10-14 days went by. My start date wasn't until three weeks later but I knew I had the job pretty quickly after having applied.

They have a weird series of questions they ask and they're looking for specific answers but they give you detailed instructions about how to answer prior to your interview.

2 interviews. 1 over the phone, 2 live via teams. Personable questions we're asked. The schedule was mentioned as well. You had to be fine with having a set schedule that you have the opportunity to change annually. It was remote over the phone work.

be prepared for STAR questions, where they want examples to showcase your skills and experience. Some behavioral questions include talking about overcoming challenges, how you deal with a difficult situation, a time you helped developed someone.
Tried to put you into a box and label you and categorize you in about 15 minutes. Dress code too serious for the work you’re doing. Not a company I would work for!
