I applied online where I took a competency test followed by a typing test and a call center simulation. Upon passing these tasks I was contacted for a brief phone interview and scheduled for an in-person STAR interview shortly after. A few days after the in-person interview I was hired and required to take a drug test and comply for a background check.

Very energetic as well as self reflecting. This interview was focused on growth within you and the company. Relaxed environment very helpful and friendly. Stern on the production of the company and makes sure all candidates meet qualified requirements.
