Initial phone screening interview followed by an in-person interview. The phone call was 15-30 mins long. The in-person was about an hour. Before I left they let me sit with a current employee to see what he does and ask questions. One of the men giving me the interview didn't seem very organized and he used bad language. He acted like he didn't want to be interviewing. The employee they paired me with was aloof and said his job was super easy.
