Basic questions were asked, reviewed resume and past experience. Some behavioral questions, some job specific questions like who do you currently call on and what relationships do you have. Big emphasis on cold calling and specific examples of experience hunting for new business. Make sure you have the experience listed, they are not looking for transferable skills.

everyone must go thru 8-weeks of device training. the quality of the training is probably the best in the industry, bar-none and i have continued to benefit from it in my years after leaving Covidien

the Sales Training Team has an incentive to have a 10% rejection rate of each class that comes thru. in this way, they can show that they have a very effective program.
