There is no interview per se. However they look at your transcript of records and they use that to determine which categories you can teach. So if you took a history elective you are more likely to be assigned history questions (if you apply for that). And I suspect grades play a role on whether you're accepted in general.

It was just the basic aptitude test. No interview was taken. Just prepare for subject of which you want to solve problems. Questions related to basic aptitude, maths, puzzles etc.

Interview was via email, took about a week for the whole process. Customer support is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend applying for those who want extra income and wants to work at home.
