I had one brief phone interview with a developer before my in-person interview where we discussed my technical experience. A week later, I was invited to an in-person interview where I met with three different employees, one after the next, to answer some technical questions. These were mostly Javascript, but a couple of them were logical questions? Each person gave me a brief talk about the questions/problems they would ask. Then we went through each question/problem. They each asked me 2-3 questions. After the questions/problems were solved, each person gave me an opportunity to ask them questions I had about the company and/or process. After finishing all three, I was treated to lunch.
