I would not recommend interviewing with this company based on my recent experience. The recruiting process demonstrated several concerning issues:
Communication Problems: #1 Recruiter missed our scheduled interview without notice #2 Received unprofessional WhatsApp messages and calls at random hours #3 No consistent communication channel was established
Unprofessional Conduct: #1 Recruiter spoke in local language during formal interview segments #2 After receiving no follow-up for weeks (essentially being "ghosted"), I received a LinkedIn message from the same recruiter asking me to apply again #3 Little understanding of the role requirements
The disorganized recruitment process likely reflects broader organizational issues. Overall, the experience was frustrating and time-consuming with no professional courtesy extended throughout the process.
I would suggest looking elsewhere if you value a professional interview experience and clear communication.

Entrevista
Multiple interviews with immediate peers and those outside of the PM team including Eng, SRE, HR and ( eventually ) C level. Interviews were scheduled in rapid succession but with flexibility.

Entrevista
Got referred to a position here, Initially got an email from recruiter, interview sas setup. After the first interview, got another email that "they really liked my tecnical skill".
For second interview was asked to provide three diff days and times for another 30min call. I did promptly send them back.
After almost four days got another email from recruiter that their bar was set high and there was slight mismatch in what they were looking for and what tech skill I had.
