I normally don't write reviews..but this time I had to because of the bad experience I had..I had the worst experience..The first time they scheduled my Skype interview, nobody turned up. And there was no prior intimation..total waste of time..Ok, after this the Skype interview was rescheduled..this time the interviewer appeared as if she was in a hurry, and was unattentive to say the least..they asked me a coding question, which I duly completed, although it was a little less optimized..instead of asking me to optime it at the spot, she asked me to mail it, even though we had more than 15 mins of time left..it would have taken max 5 mins to optimize the same..this speaks of the seriousness they have towards the interview process..they don't care about others' time..which speaks of their company culture..I would suggest others to stay away from them..they behave as if they are the next Oracle, which they are not..honest feedback..
An informal chat with the hiring manager asking about previous experience with an opportunity to ask the hiring manager about the role. It was nothing too technical—mostly behavioural questions and asking about a personal project.
Very friendly, they are in the problem solving process with you.
You don't feel like you are alone and are being scrutinized.
