It was a group interview where the candidates were divided into three groups. The interview process consisted of various activities, including an icebreaker game and three other exercises that required critical thinking. Surprisingly, we were not asked traditional retail interview questions. Instead, we were presented with different scenarios and games to solve. The overall atmosphere was casual and enjoyable, making it an engaging interview experience :)

Group interview with around 20-30 people. Group splits into 3 smaller group and goes through scenarios such as marketing items or helping pick out outfits. Aim is to stand out from the group.
