      What an absolute joke. This company should be ashamed of its HR department and the way they handle interviews. During my first interview, I was told by the head of HR that the full interview process would last 12-15+ hours over the course of multiple interviews. A bit excessive, but fine. Run your interview process how you'd like. I was also told that the company values transparency and direct feedback, and that they would be in touch with me within the next 24 hours with follow up feedback. It's now been 2 weeks since then and guess what? Absolutely no follow up. Absolutely no feedback. This company clearly has no clue how to run an interview process, and even worse, they spout a bunch of "cultural" nonsense about how they act and can't back any of it up in action. My advice: go find a real recruiting leader who doesn't like to candidates, and who actually puts their company values into action.

      The interview process was unnecessarily laborious. Went through three rounds, including a technical test, only to be told that the position was put on hold. Got the feeling that it's a company that views its biggest asset as its bottom line—with little respect for prospective employees. It was frequently mentioned that they're a lean team with little inclination to grow. Generally, this is ok, but with each time I heard it, I got the sense that it wasn't for agility or efficiency, but to wring out a burnout-inducing amount of work from its employees. Oh, and if you haven't looked at their leadership page on their site, go ahead and do so. Their transparency during the interview process is as clear as their mission to be a culture-driven, diverse company.
