I got called in for an interview after e-mailing the owner directly. Very informal. Interview was with Owner and GM. Fitness related questions focusing of functional fitness, Functional Movement Systems (FMS) screening, kettlebells, and other non-traditional exercise modalities. Many knowledge-based questions including situations and mock client interaction, mock sales pitch, etc... Job offer came via email the following day.
