This actually took place at a career fair where many different booths were set up. You would go up to the company and have a small conversation with a recruiter so it resembled a small or mock interview. Sometimes the conversations may be short or it might last longer if they see you as a potential candidate and they take notes while you are talking to them.

A group interview with members of the team, from different career levels. It was an online interview through microsoft teams. The interview took place during the day, later in the day in fact
1st interview: Recruiter phone screen. Asked about past experiences
2nd interview: in person with hiring manager and his manager. talked about the job/department/company
3rd interview: HR manager, asked questions about my soft skills. What would you do if.... questions.

The interview was through phone. I applied during a career fair. The interview was simply like all the other interview, asking some of your past experiencecs and why you are intersested. Not stressed at all
