Got a referral from one of my connections at the company. Phone screen with hiring manager. Then an onsite interview was scheduled. Onsite interview was interesting as interviewers asked questions about my previous research and seem interested in hiring me. One interviewer asked for my list of conferences and publications. They ghosted since the interview . Heard from my contact that they are more interested in candidates whose spouse can also work for this company. Beware of sharing any personal information! Followed up multiple times to know their decision but no response
