I got a call for an interview a few months after I applied online. I was talking to an engineer, my prospective supervisor. She kept saying how happy she is with my answers, but it's been a month and I haven't heard back.

Entrevista
Met with 6 groups of two people over 5 hours. Met with Plant Manager, Directors, Technicians. Bought me lunch from local restaurant and gave me a very thorough plant tour showing my would be work areas. Very accommodating and personable compared to my other interviews compared to other big cooperations.
