I was approached by a recruiter for this role. I made it clear that I was only interested in Sr. Director level roles. They agreed and brought me in to the interview. After hours of interviews and many rounds of HR fit type of interview panels, they sent me a one line message saying they are continuing their search. No feedback! No courtesy of letting me know reasons beyond a single line. Also I found out last week that they reopened the role at Senior Director level and also made it remote. This essentially means they wasted many hours of my time on nothing. Also the CIO who interviewed me had a very strange way of interviewing where she was more condescending than friendly and kept on referring to her role as technical and not strategically technical. I would stay away from this disorganized company where even the CIO doesn't know what she is doing!
