An initial Teams call with the Manager and a team member. Was informal and went well. Second interview was on-site, but the Manager didn't turn up and instead joined by video call. Had been given a written exercise which I went through on the call and answered a few questions. It went well but then both I and the recruiter were ghosted by the company. It is like they weren't sure if they were going in the right direction with the new roles they were recruiting, but the lack of communication was really poor and unprofessional.
