Nos llamaron para hacer 5 pruebas durante toda la tarde. Si pasábamos nos daban una beca. Las pruebas eran tanto psicotecnicos como de conocimiento. Además también se hizo un test de idioma inglés.

This interview process is for a course that they give and afterwards they will hire you if you are a fit for the company. It is a pretty straight forward interview. First you get a logical test and an English test. Afterwards you would do the personal interview. The interview is easy and asks the usual questions (Tell me some weakness and what you are you doing to fix it type of question, etc.) They told me that in a few weeks they will tell me if I was hired and they called me 3 months later to tell me I was admitted for the course.
