They used a recruiting agency to do initial interview & candidate qualifications. Then when you qualify, you get scheduled for an interview with the company hiring person. If interview went well, they will send you a skills test via email. If you pass, you move forward to the next step. The recruiting company will be your go between. Not much direct communication with the company itself.
