Initial conversation was with a representatvie from the company's Talent Acquisition Team. The rep asked a few basic screening/interview questions and provided a high level overview of the position requirements/job duties. Second conversation was a formal interview with a hiring manager which allowed for open dialogue and further clarification on day to day operations.
