Very well run interview process, only 4 stages and each stage felt valid. Good questions asked by everyone involved and willing to answer questions as well. Didn't feel like they were hiding anything and very transparent around the issues they face.

First screening call. Then aptitude and personality test followed by a one way video interview. Then potential VP call. A lot of time commitment on the applicant before talking to hiring manager.
