I was contacted by the hiring manager who set up an appoint to meet in person. I was emailed where to meet and where to park. Once there I was greeted nicely and instructed where to go. After the questions/getting to know you portion I was given a tour of the facility with a further explanation of how things go and what my role would be.
Welcome to Cook Children's! We are excited that you have accepted a role with our Patient Registration team. You are the first face that many patients and their families see when they come to the hospital, and you play an important role in the Patient Experience.

The interview took about almost an hour and eveyrthing went well. They ask you the most common questions like why are you interested, why should we hire you, what does good customer service mean to you. After the interview it took a week to get call back with the offer.

Entrevista
It was the best interview ever, the supervisors made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The question where so easy. Only lasted 20 minutes. I was able to watch how things run there and I was able to talk to other workers and ask questions.
