It was a campus placement drive.There were 4 rounds 1)Aptitude 2)Essay 3)Interview(campus) 4)Interview(head office) 1)Apptitude: It was very easy.You don't even have to study for that.It consisted of Verbal,Data interpretation and Logical questions. Tip: a)for preparing you can visit majortest.com and indiabix.com . It would help for verbal and logical question b)solve easy question first(would suggest to solve logical and verbal first) Apptitude to Essay:- 35 ppl got selected 2)Essay: we were told to write essay on 1 of the 2 given topics 3)Interview:Interviewers were the most chilled out people you could meet.ask question based on your resume.Give you some logical question(you wont be rejected/selected based on these questions).Give you a hypothetical situations.They would counter question a lot. tips: a)be honest b)Stick to your answer b)relax 17 people got selected 4)Interviews(next day at the head office):Interviews were taken by heads/senior members.Kind of similar experience as the previous Interview 14 people got the job

Got into Convonix through Campus placements. The whole process consists of 3 rounds. First round is the aptitude round. It includes 50 questions with a blend of verbal, quant and logical questions. Shortlisted students are then eligible to proceed further with the Essay round and Personal Interview later. The panel will ask you questions related to your essay, marketing skills and a bit of technical questions. Mostly they're just checking if you are culturally fir for the company or not.

Campus placement process (B.E.- all streams): Eligibility: They kept open criteria which means everyone in final year was eligible to apply except those who were already placed any other companies. The Process: aptitute test had 45 Qs to be attempted in 50 mins. It had 3 sections: Verbal, data analysis, logical reasoning (yes, it didn't have Quantz) the DA and LR Questions were quite easy and verbal was average in difficulty. The test had sectional passing( you have to pass in each section individually) 39 out of 335 students were able to pass the test. Then they gave us 2 topics for essays to choose from to write one in 20 mins. And a form to fill in 10 mins which had some personal questions asking hobbies, stranghts, weekness and leadership instances. Everyone who cracked apti is eligible for next interview round. Then interviews took place, interviewers were young, playful and casual. Out of 39, they selected 17 candidates for tge next round of interview which was held in the convonix office the next day. This one was rather more serious and formal interview, they selected 14 candidates out of 17 which they confirmed the next day and offer letter was recieved in a week after that.
