ConveyIQ reached out pretty quickly after applying to schedule a video interview.
I completed it, spoke with someone who said they'd watch it soon and get back to me.
I didn't hear anything either way, so I reached out.
At this point, the CEO messages me asking for a resume and writing samples, which I provided.
Again, never heard back.
It's understandable that I'm not going to be the right fit for every job, and that's okay – but a "thanks for your time" message is always nice. This is especially true for an HR tech company with a mission to "communicate better" and "improve candidate relationships."
