I suppose the interview process would be neutral but in the sense, I didn't get the job it weighs a bit more on the negative. They are looking for someone that has experience selling million-dollar deals while the company only has experience selling six-figure (low six-figure deals).

Entrevista
Phone screen with the Head of Customer Success, followed by the Manager and then a final presentation with various team members (presentation is an executive presentation you've done in a customer success role). The topic is all up to you. They just want to see how you present and your thought process.
Ultimately decided not to accept the offer because I didn't feel like there were enough growth opportunities for me and the position was a bit junior for my experience. The conversations were nonetheless pleasant and I still think it could be a great opportunity for others.
