It was short and good. I was judged on my command over English language. Then the interviewer checked my understanding of outsourcing industry. Then he gave me a topic to speak upon for 2 minutes. Later on, he concluded by asking how soon can I join.

Once you fill out the application and pass the assessment, you'll schedule an interview. It was a group interview of about 25 people. We did an assessment activity with a map. Then broke up into smaller groups to do a mock customer service activity.

The interview primarily focused on the individual's english skills. I cannot say that they were strict, as I noticed they were looking for individuals who exhume confidence. Initial interview was a group interview. I remember we were four during this phase. Only two of us were selected. Then, were given the practical exams and I.Q. test. Then, to the one on one interview.
