Thank you for your feedback. We are in B2B SaaS and have invested heavily in Marketing Tech, Hubspot and automation. We currently leverage a lot of gated content, forms, email drip campaigns, scoring, A/B testing, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
Our goal with this role is to find a marketing leader to improve our already successful demand generation programs and can help with the rapid growth we are experiencing. This is what we are looking for in candidates and are asking candidates for their experience with running demand generation. Instead of leading the candidate with specific questions, the goal is to understand the candidate's experience with demand generation campaigns and experience with leading teams. Please note that we do not interview candidates for free consulting. To understand best practices in the industry, we usually use HubSpot blogs, industry resource websites, and other B2B marketing blogs.
As a growing company, we have a very structured process on how we interview for an open position. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a role to everyone we interview.
It includes ensuring that the role we offer is in line with the candidate's career goals, that the candidate is a fit for our culture and that the core values of the company and the candidate's core values are aligned.
Our interview process is a very conversational approach where the candidate has the ability to verbalize their professional strengths and past experiences and associate those experiences with how the candidate can help with the growth of our company. Our process also includes additional technical and personality assessments.
