What interview process? They hire on looks and not skill level. They ask about where you "live" in energy levels. What a boat load of crap. Then they hire people who have no idea what they are doing and then don't listen to those who have years of experience...

Phone screen, followed by an online assessment, followed by an in person interview. Then ghosted. Even after a thank you note and a follow up there was zero feedback or updates on the status.
