Very cut and dry, they said they would move fast and they did. Gave me an answer exactly 7 days after the interview. Did a phone call with the recruiter, then a call with the manager. The in person was two 30 minute interviews with the manager and the COO. They were very nice and laid back. Show up early! I felt intimidated by this position and they made it sound like a very difficult role.
