Entrevista
I've had two really unprofessional experiences with Control Risks now one where they interviewed me, I completed an assessment, and they just didn't respond or follow up - straight up ghosted. And another where they interviewed and said they would follow up and invite me to an interview the next week but did not email afterwards. In both cases I had to follow up myself which is very unprofessional and a waste of time, not to mention discouraging when you spend time interviewing and completing an assessment.
The first was a few years ago and I understand needs change so I didn't take it personally and moved on with other applications. However after the second, I felt like sharing it here, it left a bad impression, and clearly from the reviews on Glassdoor it is a pattern of unprofessional behaviour.
Hiring managers and HR are the face of the company for candidates and personally, this was a waste of time and has put me off recommending anyone from my network for a role at CR. Unfortunate because the type of work they do is interesting.

1. Tell me about your experience so far
2. Why Control Risks
3. Assessment
Two stages: first was a typical interview with skills and experience questions; second required a research task that was presented in the interview, with follow-up questions. A lot of knowledge of the company’s offerings was expected.
