There are two parts to the interview. There is the group section, where they watch how you interact with everyone and where you say your speech. Then, there was the personal interview, which was about 15 minutes long.

Quick pre-screen interview which was very casual, basic questions about why I would be a good fit. Second round is invited to in-persons in Los Angeles, then a training trip of on of the guided tours

Had to go through several steps and stages before reaching in person interview.
Questions felt like trick questions and the lead HR woman was incredibly rude, often saying “I’ll take you out of your misery” as I wasn’t answering the question properly.
I left the interview very disappointed and was ghosted by the company, which I had once dreamed to work for.
