Very slow 2-month process. Little feedback, little proactivity. The candidate experience is catastrophic. The jury puts through far too many identical panels and you can feel it. It annoys them to be there. The demands made are not equivalent to the investment made by the panel. To be avoided

Really great experience throughout the entire process. Refreshing to get access to so many stakeholders during the interview process which shows Contentsquare's commitment to finding the right candidates. Evidently clear that everyone you meet through the process really enjoys working at Contentsquare which was the main reason I accepted the offer to join. You get a real feel for the culture of the place right from the start to the last call which is not always easy to gauge and for me was a huge factor. 1. Recruiter Interview 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Panel Presentation 4. Senior Management call Very accommodating to requests, Cliona (Talent Acquisition) was great throughout and was happy to arrange a product demo for me as well as a chat with a Team member which helped massively. Can't rate the experience highly enough, world class.
