I had more than 8 calls between interviews, phone calls from the recruiter giving feedback and design challenge. The challenge was "Select a complex screen, a rich interactive component within a short flow, from a mainstream application, service or website that you consider
"bad UX/UI" Explain why it should be improved, propose some design improvements and defend your choice.
The process lasted around 2 months and ended up in not receiving an offer.

Few interviews with a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, the manager of the team, an exercise to do which is then followed by a 1 hour presentation in front of few people (4). They asked really great questions during the interviews, and explained how they were working. I found something else before going to the end of the hiring process.
