I applied via linkedin early october and had my first interview 2 weeks later. The Exec. Assistant was really nice made me feel comfortable and I really bonded with her personality and work wise. I had a phone interview with the VP of HR and that also went well. Then I met with the CEO, that is when I felt a turn in the vibe. I was told that he was very outgoing, loves to please is employee and has a work hard play hard mentality. When I had my interview with him, he took 2 calls in the middle of me explaining something. Which would make me loose my train of thought. Also, he could not stop fidgeting, either looking away, playing with his phone. I felt like he did not want to interview me. I thought it was very unprofessional. I then had a 4th phone interview and I was schedule to speak with her and she missed our appointment. We then reschedule and she missed it again and called me much later. Which lasted about 10 min. How can you know someone in 10 min? She barely had questions ready for me. Then it took 3 follow up emails for me to receive a decision. They did not extand an offer to me due to "the cultural fit". I honestly take criticism very well. However, I do not think that it was appropriate to say since my background and experience has been in a same environment.

I applied online in February and they contacted me to do a phone interview. Then in March, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with 5 different people and that in itself was exhausting. The last person I spoke to explicitly told me they would get back to me at the end of the week. I heard nothing. I reached back out, and still nothing. The entire process was a huge waste of time and incredibly unprofessional.
