The recruitment and hiring process with Constellation Brands was incredibly efficient. From the first contact on LinkedIn through the final panel interview, the communication was best in class. The hiring steps progressed quickly, with constant two way dialogue. The final panel / case study interview was thought provoking, allowing for questions that really evaluated critical thinking and prioritization, in addition to past experience. Overall, the process was fun and regardless of the outcome I would have been stronger for having gone through it.
