I met the recruiter at a college career fair. I got a call the same day to set up an interview. In the interview, the company was very open and transparent about CED. They explained to me how the Management Trainee program works and how the Profit Center Managers are given a lot of autonomy.

Had 4 interviews, a test, an in-person, and a reference check. Spent about 5 hours interviewing and never heard back from anyone ever again, completely ghosted with no feedback. Says a lot about the org.

Efficient and straightforward interview process.
1. First interview was later in the week that I met the recruiter at a campus career fair. Consisted of questions such as where I saw myself in five years, and some basic mental math questions (eg. what is 18% of 150.
2. Second interview was a conversation based meeting with a middle manager. Basically talked about the company’s structure and culture of the program.
