This was one of the least awkward interviews I’ve ever had. The questions were actually relevant to the position you were interviewing for. I also liked the way they worded Classic questions. Instead of just WHY DO YOU want to work for us? It was What about this job would make your choose us over other jobs? It was a lot less pressuring and I felt like I could give honest reasons on the pros of working for a job like this. Instead of just saying something about how I like their company. Both of the interviewers were really nice. They were professional but friendly and causal. Other than a few instances of just not being able to answer questions right away that was probably the most comfortable I’ve been in an interview, and it wasn’t because of a lack of professionalism. They both just made me feel comfortable.

The interview process consisted of receiving the screening call to verify and confirm the details of the position. A couple of days later, receiving an email requesting a virtual interview with the manager. In conclusion, they requested for me to submit an assessment skill test.
