I responded to an ad on Craigslist for a Project Manager at a small interactive agency. They responded that day and I believe my interview was that very afternoon. The interview went well (met with both owners) and I had an offer from them the next day. Pretty smooth and lucky sailing! (Would that they could all be so easy.) In hindsight, I do wish I'd asked more in-depth questions. I was desperate for a job and jumped at the chance (and the offered salary). I ended up leaving the company after only 6-7 months as I was unhappy working at that agency. Since that time, the agency has been bought by a larger partner.
