I applied online, got contacted by the team leader right away and had the interview immediately. I interviewed with the team leader and assistant director. A day after I interviewed I was called and offered a position by the assistant director; they tried to offer me $35,000 but I said I would like $40,000, so they compromised with $38,000; always negotiate because they try to low ball you. I was hired right away and did a week of orientation before I started.

Interview was easy! Emailed by residential manager the following week. HR called a day later and given start date for orientation. You may be called by other facilities within the company that has an open position.
