Misleading about commission until 3rd year. Job and day to day description is fairly accurate. 2-3 rounds of interviews. Lots of smart people work at the company, processes and systems are not the best.

Had two HR calls then an interview with three members of the sales team.
Interview went really well, but they were offended when I asked about employee turnover. One member of the sales team called me a "sausage." Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Phone interview then panel interview. In person / remote both options are available depending on your location. The interviews are nice and pretty easy going as this is for a sales position
